Founder and CEO of CMEC, Suzanne Arnzen brings over 20 years of leadership in environmental consulting. She has managed compliance efforts for HUD, the Department of Defense, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Naval Facilities Engineering Command, serving as Program Manager, Contract Manager, and Task Order Manager. Her expertise spans CERCLA and RCRA regulatory contracts as well as HUD environmental reviews for HOME, CDBG, Public Housing, NHTF, and CHOICE Neighborhoods programs. Suzanne is certified in asbestos inspection and project design, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, lead risk assessment and project design, and soil vapor mitigation.
